RUSSIA ABOUT TO DEPLOY WARPLANES

Russian president vladimir putin submitted on thursday a protocol to an agreement with syria at the deployment of the russian militia aviation institution for the lower chamber of parliament's ratification.
The protocol submitted to the state duma became signed inside the syrian capital of damascus on january 18, 2017.


Putin ratified the august 2015 intergovernmental agreement on the deployment of the russian military' air group in syria in october 2016.
